- Balancing load cell outputs For vessels mounted on multiple legs or brackets, we shim and adjust the load cell mounts to ensure even distribution and stable performance.
- Terminating wiring and non‑field cabling All electrical connections are completed, checked and verified.
- Dry testing where possible Before introducing product, we test the system to confirm correct operation and identify any issues early.
- Calibrating to the required accuracy The system is calibrated to meet the specified tolerances for the application.
- Checking live weighing performance We verify real‑world behaviour to ensure the system responds correctly under load.
- Providing a detailed site report A typed commissioning report and calibration certificate are normally supplied on the same day, documenting all work carried out.

Pre‑Commissioning for Smooth Installation
